Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the original purchase.
Refunds are only available for courses or services that have not been completed or accessed beyond 20% of the total content.
Requests made after 48 hours or after significant content usage will not be eligible.
Non-Refundable Items
A $25 non-refundable fee applies to all purchases that include the DPS Driving Test and/or DPS Driving Pre-Test.
Courses or services clearly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your refund request via email listed in “Contact Us”.
Include your full name, purchase date, course/service purchased, and a brief reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
